These Terms of Service govern the use of the Diaspora* pod societas diaspora* (https://societas.online). By registering and using the service, you accept these terms.

Your data may be shared with the following recipients:

  • Other Diaspora* pods in the network (due to the decentralised nature of the service)
  • Our hosting provider (server location: Germany)

3. User Obligations

  • You must not publish illegal content.
  • You must not send spam or unsolicited advertising messages.
  • In case of violations, we may suspend your account and remove content.

As societas diaspora* operates a decentralised social network, content transmitted to other pods cannot be fully controlled. We send deletion requests to other pods but cannot guarantee their execution.
